Netflix Grandfathered Plans UHD vs HD plans question

Maybe someone here is willing to answer this, but why did were some people placed on two Streams HD only 7.99 grandfathered plans, while other people were placed on four streams HD and UHD 7.99 grandfathered plans.

Also, not happy my four stream UHD plan is going from 7.99 to 12.99 in a month, but still worth the price.
 
If you logged into your account on a 4K TV before some date you got a free upgrade to the UHD plan I believe. Not really sure. I haven't been notified about any increases yet, I am on the $7.99 2 screen HD plan.
