Thats why I never use Netflix for new movies, I pick those up at the local video store.

I could, but I already go slapped by my isp :p

Netflix seems to be "throttling" my account..been with them three months now and was using 3 movies a week.

Blockbuster instore rental for $25/month is a great deal considering you can go through multiple movies in a day rather than 3-5 a week from Netflix, not to mention they always have even the new releases.

I prefer Hollywood Video to Blockbuster.

Their plans are:
Standard MVP - 3 out at a time, must return in 5 days, new releases become available after ~4-6 weeks (40 year old virgin is available now). $14.99
Premium (2 out) - 2 out at a time, NO due dates, any movie in the store. $24.99
Premium (3 out) - 3 out at a time, NO due dates, any movie in the store. $29.99

I use their lowest plan because if I already waited for the movie to come out on DVD, I can wait a few more weeks. For the few times I really want to see a new movie, I could pay the $4 rather than paying an extra $10-15 a month.
