Netflix 4k and HDR

Just wondering anyone with a Kably Lake pc/Nuc and a 4k tv are you able to stream Netflix 4k HDR movies? Im guessing if you seen the HDR words in the banner it will stream HDR and not just 4k. Or do I need to get something like Chromecast or a Roku?
