Netbus Trojan Getting Detected

Hey all,

I get a message from NAV 05 at least once a day saying it has blocked a "Netbus Trojan" attempt. Does this mean that the trojan is already on the harddrive or someone is trying to remotely drop a worm in to the system?

I tried to check up on it but only gives info on what the virus is and how to remove it.
 
Do an online scan or two, trendmicro.com has one (Housecall), even if you have a/v software, there are some which slip few the cracks and it's always a good idea to have a backup. If you do have one that nav isn't detecting/removing, you can try googleing manual removal instructions
