Sure, only they don't call them "Netbooks" any more. Those had specific limitations on OS, RAM, screen-size, and storage, in order to receive free "Windows starter" OS licenses.

Nowadays, they are mostly referred to as "craptops cloudbooks". Low-end laptops with low-end specs. Dual-cores, 4GB RAM, eMMC storage, sometimes in a 11.6" screen-size, low-cost, low-performance.

I think these are mostly chromebook as well as windows emmc based ~$100 notepads nowadays . I am actually looking for a throwaway low end type for a writer friend. Found an octacore acorn based chromebook, but unfortunately seems like google has an extremely short EOL for these disposables. https://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Chro...romebook&s=electronics&sr=1-2#customerReviews
Otherwise the specs look super nice. Not sure what people do with these post EOL. (Maybe linux conversion is possible.)

Hey there, I don't know why the comment regarding the gpd pocked was deleted. It is an interesting concept; had to look it up as I'd actually never heard of it before:
