I just got the MSI Wind 10" (U100-432US) yesterday and installed OS X within an hour. Only important thing that didn't work right away was the wireless, but a quick driver install fixed that.

I ended up getting a good deal on a Lenovo S10. Seems like it works. Found a writeup on the web. Hope it works...

My S10 is already on its way. Maybe I'll try my hand at the OSX install. Or maybe I'll try to find Windows 7.
