Netbook as an HTPC?

Looking for a small device with a little juice to run mediaportal and be able to play 1080P videos smoothly..are there any netbooks that can offer that power? Or otherwise a cheap <= 13" notebookthat can handle the task?
 
Acer 1410 comes to mind (or any other similar ULV notebook). Has an HDMI port and plays 1080p movies.

Atom + Ion would be the other alternative, though atom would probably be slow with mediaportal not to mention anything else.
