NetBIOS port probe increases due to Network.vbs worm infecting Sympatico?

I've been getting a gazillion of these NetBIOS port probes in the last little while, and they're virtually all from my wider Sympatico neighbourhood. At least one person has discovered the Network.vbs virus on his system. Perhaps the vast majority of these probes are from people who had file sharing active and have been infected?

I've been averaging probably 100 or so NetBIOS port probes per day, and I'm ignoring the couple of deliberate hack attempts on this machine during that same time period (from IP addresses outside of Sympatico).
