NETBIOS Over TCP/IP in WINNT 4.0

A PC with a fresh install cannot access my LAN (all are using NETBIOS Over TCP/IP). Do I need to install NETBEUI on all machines, including the proxy server, to give this WINNT machine "connectivity"? The NIC is detected but when I do an "IPCONFIG /ALL", it doesn't list the static IP, gateway and DNS I used for it.
 
Something is wrong with TCP/IP on that machine... you shouldn't need NETBEUI. I would try reinstalling the NIC and/or reinstalling TCP/IP.
