Netatalk help. cannot be left in trash

I'm tring to setup a linux server at my work. I have netatalk running, and I can connect to the server fine. However, I have a problem when I try to delete files. I get the error "cannot be left in trash would you like to delete immediately." when I try to put something in the trash. If I delete the network trash folder(from the linux machine) then all is well, until the next person logs in and then they will get the error message but not the first person who logged in. All users belong to the group "users".

How do I get rid of this error?
