.NET vs. J2EE

You don't know anything about the history behind Pet Shop, or how industry benchmarks are typically biased, do you?

What do you mean by that? These guys simply rewrote Pet Shop application using C#/ASP/.NET technology and then measured the results. Maybe they're more talented than Sun's engineers or maybe they're flat out lying. But having worked with both technologies I believe these results.

This benchmark has been out for a while and it has been debated ad nauseum. Do a google for all the debates.
