.Net Server RC1. Install won't start, CD won't boot.

The CD won't boot (it says checking boot CD.... OK and then hard freezes)

Install from Safe Mode brings this:

Install from regular mode just flashes the dos box and then dies.

I used CDRWIN to burn the iso -- it boots perfectly fine. You really should run the install from there. Alternatively, you can swap the cd with the win2k cd after win2k gets past loading the drivers if you boot with it that way.

Sorry, Ive burned both ISO's onto CD with Roxio Easy CD Creator and both can boot up fine from and install from CD.

maybe try double clicking the .exe file of winnt32 with the box icon in regular mode

BigJ2078, I already tried that, it flashed the box and then disappeared.

I burned the enterprise version and it worked fine... whatever!
