I've been using Firefox 1.0.4 for a few weeks with no problems. The last fews days I can't open most links without recieving this error.

Net Reset Error

Offline Error
The document contains no data.

The link to the site was dropped unexpectedly while negotiating a connection or transferring data. This may be due to a network fault somewhere between the site and your computer. If the problem persists, consult your system documentation, administrator or Internet Service Provider (ISP) as appropriate for further assistance.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox there wasn't a difference though. I did check the family computer, and Firefox give any of the same errors I'm receiving. Is there anything I can do about this?

Sounds like a typical error with the firewall. I'd probably try re-installing Firefox. Failing that either re-configuring the settings on 'tools' 'options' or tweaking the firewall.

If you are having the same problem on both computers, it sounds like it's an issue with your Internet connection that the computers are sharing. Try power-cycling your cable/DSL modem and router and see if it clears up the issue.

I know it's not an issue with Firefox itself. All Firefox is is a browser; if it's not receiving a web page, the reason is higher up the network food chain somewhere (proxy settings, firewall, router/gateway, modem, ISP).
