Guys, I used to own a copy of a version of net limiter and can't seem to find it. I would like to know where I can obtain a free copy of this program OR something similar to it. I want to be able to limit outbound network traffic from certain programs. Anyone have any ideas?
 
As far as I know, there isn't a free program which will do what you want. I have seen this question asked in a few tech forums for nil posoitive responses. I honestly don't think you'll find a free one. Netlimiter isn't expensive.
