.NET 2.0 Apps Don't Work

I have a couple .NET apps installed on my laptop, and whenever i go to run them they load, and then almost immediately display that the App has to be closed and asks if i want to send MS an error report.

I don't know much about .NET but i have the 2.0 framework installed, and I tried a repair to see if that would fix it but it didn't.

Did you check event viewer? Could be an assembly got corrupted or removed somehow. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the framework.

Also if you had any sort of beta stuff from MSFT on that box prior to running the RTM 2.0 bad things happen. Bad things.

i had similar issues before with .net 2.0. I ended up downloading it from microsoft website and then uninstalling my current version and reboot and re-installed it. Been working fine since
