My copy is legit. I paid $50 for it, purchased from Nero's site. I have installed the newest update and entered the sn correctly.

Any ideas why this might show up?

All I get is a form email from Nero.

Is Nero always this lame with their support?

Did you check the full headers to verify it did come from nero? As strange as it sounds, it may have been an attempt to get the s/n from your copy so someone else could use it. That happens all the time with game CDKeys, someone sends out emails claiming to be from the support department of a company asking for cdkeys, and people send them out to them mistakenly.

Otherwise, I'd try and call nero if you can. They should have record of your purchase.

Wow ..good point MrBond there are always people trying to screw to get a cd key so they can sell it or post it online for everyone to use....

Never send your cd key in an email or to anyone online..IMHO

Yeah, I actually got it sometime ago. Ordered it on Nero's site, and received the proper confirmation. No problem until now, and I've installed/uninstalled it before and updated it in the past.

Hmmmm.....I wonder if some keygen, just happened to generate a key that is mine, and now I'm blacklisted?

I've still got the original emails, etc., if I could just get any response from them, other than a bleedin' form email.
