Nero Problem

I recently had nero installed on my computer, and everything was working great. I never had any problems with it. I got a virus on my computer, and had to reinstall everything. Now... Nero doesn't work at all. I get errors while burning, and even errors and lockups during a simulation. Can anyone help me? I would use ezcd creator, cuz I like that, but it doesn't do well on 80min cds. Any other good cd burning programs out there?
 
i use nero 5 here and i have no problem! try to uninstall your adapted software, u can not put nero and adapted together! it's has a conflict between that 2 software
 
I have found that Adaptec Cd Burning programs conflict with just about all ather burning programs, the answer, get rid of the adaptec and use other software ie: Nero Radarman
 
I don't know why so many people always say that Adaptec and Nero will not co-exist. I have always had and used both with no problems. However, if you've recently run into problems such as you describe you may want to reinstall your burning software. To play it safe reinstall both if you want to use both.

Install Adaptec first and apply all related patches. Then install Nero. I'm not sure if the order matters but it's how I do it and I've had zero problems.
