Nero isn't seeing my CD burner?

I just reinstalled Nero and tried to burn an ISO CD, unfortunately, when I go to choose recorder, the only option available, is Image recorder, which is the virtual drive on the hard drive. Why would it not be seeing my CD burner? It shows up as working fine in the device manager, and works well other wise.

Install the latest Nero update you can for your version.

what version of Nero?

what brand/model of burner?

If it's an oem nero that came with a different burner, then it won't see it.

Not saying it is, but I had that problem when I put in my dvd burner and tried to use it with the nero that came with my cd-burner.
