Nero is driving me crazy! Need help with multisession discs!

AHHHHHHH! I got Nero with my CD writer, and my trying to make a multisession disc. I like to backup my data, so I put 100 megs onto a CD without finalizing it. The next day I tried to put 150 megs on. Well, it wrote the data, but no CD-roms can see the second session. I haven't done this type of burning in a while, but I remember when I used to do this two years ago, I had no problems with an drive reading the discs I made! Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

i had a problem similar to yours the first time i did a multisession disk it was caused by me not adding to the first session and so i created a second there fore i couldnt see the first one anymore...

second i could never read a multi session disk unless it was in the writer as its not finished and therefore has no leadin or lead out so a normal reader cant read it
