Nero installation - multiple computers?

Does anyone know if the Nero installation contacts its website for registration of a serial number?

I just bought the Ultra Edition online and need to know if I can install it on multiple computers or not.

Read the EULA. It will tell you. More likely than not, one computer per serial number. Maybe one desktop and one laptop. Again, read the EULA.

Am I going to be burning CDs on both computers at the same time? If yes, then i'd buy another copy, if no, then what's the difference?

Well, if anything I was just curious if Nero checks the serial with an online database or not. Sounds like it doesn't - thanks.

It might, I remember Nero 6 trying to call home right after I installed it.

Well I know for a fact that Nero 5.x contained a database of warezed serials.... so it's to assume that they have improved that to add some kind of online checking!
