Nero InCD not working on Win2k machine.

I just built a new computer with a CD-RW drive and Win2k as the OS. The Nero - Burning ROM and InCD software appeared to install without a problem. However, when I insert a blank CD into the CD-RW drive, InCD does not automatically start up and ask me if I want to format the CD (auto-insert notification is turned on). I cannot find a way to manually pull up the InCD wizard. If I just open the Nero - Burning ROM software, a wizard pops up asking me if I want to compile a new CD but this does not appear to be the same as a format...

Please help if you can!
