Nero Express - What is the 'pause' in the audio track properties?

Hi i posted in the software forum already, but i wanted a quicker answer, so i headed over here.

I'm just wondering if anyone knows whether when you set the pause time for a track, if the specified time comes before or after the track. thanks.
