Didn't know if anyone else experienced this..

I have all my files that I download go to a spare HDD e.g. D:\

Now when i have anything downloading, rather it be Kazaa, DC++.. It makes it next to impossible to burn a CD or any file on that drive because it constantly "refreshes" the list... So it reverts back to the top..

Anyway to stop this?
