Nero Burning Rom 5.5.10.15 Released

Thanks. If people don't know, this fixes a known bug with previous releases of Nero that made DVD's that were not compatible with all players. More information is available at DVD2one.com, but the Nero guys should be commended for fixing the problem quickly. I wonder if this new version offers direct Ogg Vobrbis music cd burning.

Actually, the "fixed" Nero that DVD2One tested was version 5.5.10.13. I hope this version retains that bug fix.

I stopped using Nero when I made two DVD's that wouldn't play on my system for no apparent reason (after the initial 5 worked perfectly). Maybe we're back in business...I don't like the other alternatives that I've tried (CopyToCD and RecordNowMax).

tried DVD XCopy yet?

I was wondering how well it worked.

sweet. so it defaults to UDF 1.02 now?

Okay, I don't know what the hell is up with nero, but I recant my previous statement. Burned a DVD with Nero, wouldn't play in my Toshiba player. Played in my Genica DVD player (sounds so cheap, but it's a great player) but not in the Toshiba. Burned it with RecordNow Max, and it played in my Toshiba. Go figure.

We have replaced the web version 5.5.10.15 with version 5.5.10.15a due to a problem with one driver.
If you have downloaded the web version 5.5.10.15 before and you are using Windows 95, 98 or ME, please download (nerocd95_inst.exe) and install this file.
