Nero Burning Rom 5.0 question

I just got the new HP 9900ci with DVD and it has just link too. I usually use CDRWIN to burn the .bin files but I can't figure out how to use Nero. You mentioned changing the extension but with CDRWIN you load the CUE sheet first after changing the path , sme with nero? Help me out?
