Nero burning DVDR w/ multisession

Started a multisession disc burn with files... all files are fine, weeks pass by. Now I resumed the session (Nero found the 1st session ok) and I burned a 2nd session (1 additional file), Nero reported it was burned fine.

I then go to My Computer / Windows Explorer and don't see the 2nd session's file on the disc. I type in the exact path\filename of the 2nd session file and it apparently doesn't exist.

It is a DVD+R disc and using Nero 6.6.0.8. I use Nero again to view the sessions and it does list both on there.

I've got the full-blown Nero 6.6 delux, & can't figure out how to create an ISO image of a hard drive partition.
It seems to want to make a bit-for-bit data copy, but not an ISO.

Do you know how? I want to image the partition with the operating sys & the apps, then burn that on DVD.

You need to use Nero's Multimount utility.

As to why XP can't read multisession DVD's, I haven't the slightest. What makes it even stranger is 2000 can read them just fine. Hope that helps.
