Nero Burner works only in administrator

Nero Version 5.5
OS win2000
Able burn only in WIN2000 Admin mode. Normal users unable to burn onto CD. Looked at help comes with Nero says administrator need to provide burn rights to users.
I don't know how to do this.

I assigned full privilages to nero folder as well as to Device to all users. didn't work.

If you hold down shift and right-click the program in the Start Menu you can choose 'Run as...' and enter the Administrator username/password.

You can also right-click the program and choose 'Properties'. Under the 'Shortcut' tab you can check the 'Run as different user' box and the 'Run as...' box will come up without you having to choose the option.

BTW--Does anyone else think it is stupid to require the user have admin privileges?
