Nero and safe mode

why does nero stop some peolple from getting into safe mode? I was not able to get into safe mode so i came here to find the answer. Some one said in another thread that inCD4 causes this so I removed nero altogether and now I can get into safe mode. Is inCD 4 needed?

I wouldn't think anyone uses In CD anymore. Just install Nero without it.

what does in CD do. why dont I need it anymore.
