Nero 7 Lite is a full functional Burning Software Suite including:

you can burn CD, DVD, Blu-Ray, and even HD-DVD!

Is this version of Nero still killing DVD Decrypter and DVDShrink, and does it still give you errors on burnt DVDs, lik ethe previous Nero 7 did?

I think you are all missing the point of the what "Lite" means. Some guy on msfn.org simply removed some of the apps from the main installer and recreated his own version.

Yes it will burn DVD's but NeroVision is removed, if you need or want NeroVision then you had better download the official installer from http://nero.com

Why not use DVD Decrypter to Burn the DVD's?

Have DVD Decrypter create an ISO image of the file. Mount it in a virtual drive (like Daemon Tools, or Alcohol), have DVD Shrink back it up (compress it), delete original ISO, burn Smaller ISO with DVD Decrypter.

True, but for the DVDs already available as VIDEO_TS, or for those I made myself from vidcam footage, the problem remains - a lot of experienced, respectable users (like DigitalDolphin from cdfreaks and RFD) complained that some video DVDs recorded with Nero 7 exhibit strange errors during playback.
