just downloaded the demo version stated as being fully functional for the trial period.

temp uninstalled nero 5.5 express oem.
installed demo, started program and recieved the following message.

Your demo has expired buy full version here:disgust:

what the heck...over
guess the trial period was exceeded by the 2.7 seconds it took to load the program?

If you buy the retail, you can get an upgrade to 7 for free. You can sometimes find it for $19/AR

It still sucks that his demo was inoperable just because of identifying a registry key or some such leftover from his 5.5 version, and a waste of his time.

daniel49, if I were you I'd fire off an email to Ahead Software support to let them know of your unsatisfactory experience.
