Nero 6.xxx issues

Recently, my Nero 6 OEM suite started having problems. It was crashing about 50% of the time, and it was getting worse. I reinstalled it, using the original CD, and then updated it to the latest version of 6 suite from the website. Now it crashes soon after the "add" button is clicked and it gives the usual "Nero must close", just like before, except now it's 100% of the time!

I emailed Ahead and haven't gotten any response so far.

Anyone had anything similar happen to them?

Any ideas?

Residual settings from previous installs might be causing this. Uninstall and manually remove any folders/files of Nero from your profile folder (root:\Documents and Settings > ProfileID) and program files. Then re-install it and see if it works.
