Can you recommend a hardware purchase to go with Nero? Or is that restriction even enforced?

i tried searching Surplus Computer site and could not find it
 
If this is legit, then it is a great deal. The cheapest I have ever seen Nero 6 was like $60. I use version 5 because it is actually cheap.

oem...less features
 
Remember this is OEM and the suite is not the full version of Nero 6.0. I bought the 6.3 suite and it is nice but does not have burning rom so there is only express to work with.
