Ok, that's great, what does he do there that he needs that many computers/screens? I'd love having something like that, but I'd never come close to making use of all of that (at least with what I do now).
 
I bet that room gets very hot with all that stuff in there. I'd be much more impressed if he had everything mounted in a rack in a separate room, this just looks way too cluttered.
