Neoserver or Desktop For house server

I have a Dual 800P3 512mb of ram 2 60gig and win2k this is my main system i use for games, graphics, video editing, etc. and i have a used Compaq Neoserver 366 celeron 32mb mem 6 and 8.4 removeable HD its running some Santa Cruz OS

i have 2 other computers in my house nothing special but i wanna network the house and i dont know weather to use my main system as my server or my Neoserver if i use the neoserver i will get rid of santa cruz OS and put Win2k AS or Server

which should i use i have dsl that i will probably share among the PC's and i will be setting up an ftp to share my mp3's

What computer do you want to run 24/7/365?

What OS will you use? I use Netware 5 on a PPro200 w/192mb of memory which works fine for a home server. Boost the memory on the Compaq and it should be fine.

what OS should i use on the Neoserver i Dont have the santa cruz install disk so its either Win2k Server or advance server or any other suggestions u may have
