NeoOffice 3.0 out today

NeoOffice 3.0 was released today. I loaded in my blackbook and so far I'm happy with it. It loads much quicker than O😵 3.0 on my computer and looks even more like a Mac OS X application.

I've been happy with open office 3 so far. From looking at the neooffice site, it looks like they only are touting more speed? Is there really a speed improvement vs open office 3?

I used to use NeoOffice exclusively but I dropped it as soon as OpenOffice released a native OS X version. NeoOffice always used to be much slower than OpenOffice, even the X-window version if I remember correctly. I might give it another try though.

Are any of them faster than MS Office 2008? That thing is a dog even on my quad-core, I just use VMware with Office XP lol.

I just use Office 2007 in Crossover. Not as fast but I like the Microsoft GUI better.

Just installed. It's a tiny bit faster than OO3, but not by much.
