I just discovered this band tonight on NPR's Echoes program (great program by the way!)

Vengeance Aria is the song they played and I like it. Apparently the radio host and I thought the same thing upon hearing it - it reminded me of the concert near the end of The Fifth Element. Its different, but I tend to like different things than the top 40 type crap on the radio.

On other songs, the singer kinda sounds a bit like the girl from Evanescence.

Glad to hear you liked "Vengeance Aria" off Neodrone's "Extended Horizon" CD. In addition to "Echoes" on NPR, you might also want to check out Y98 in St. Louis. Their website has a livestream Sunday Night Chillout program starting at 9pm CST every week that has been featuring Neodrone tracks. The band is out of Sweden and I wrote the English lyrics for some of the songs. Tracks range from relaxing ambient to haunting vocals with lush instrumentals to uptempo electronica.
