Neo4 Platinum SLI memory issues getting dual mode

I bought one of those "twin packs" of ram of the twinx supposedly really fast low latency ram so i could be sure that it would run in dual mode, but i cant really tell by reading this insanely poor translated manual what slots I should put the ram in to get dual mode.

I tried the two dimms in both purple slots, and in both green slots.

i thought for dual mode you usually just put them in both the same colored slots.

Anyone have any heads up on this?

When it boots up it says single channel.

Well, Maybe you should try putting them in different colored slots and see what it says? 😉

The manual was clear to me.. It had S's (single channel) D's (dual channel).
I put mine in the first 2 banks. It came up dual on the first try.

The purple is one channel, and the green is the other channel. To enable dual-channel mode. Put your first pair in 1 and 3, and the second pair in 2 and 4.
