I FINALLY got my second board to post (RMA'ed) the first one. It kept shutting itself down and giving me blue screens when I tried to install windows. MSI tech support told me to set my RAM voltage to 2.7v instead of auto, and manually configure the 2.5-3-3-7 timings it was rated at. After doing that, windows went on perfectly with no problems. Just wanted to share my experience for reference.
