Neo2 Platinum Bios problem, v1.A

Hi guys, wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I recently flashed my board's bios to version 1.A. When I did this, the usb contoller defaulted to v1.1 and the option to change it to v1.1+v2.0 didn't appear in bios, it has been removed. Plus, I flashed it from a flash disk (dont use a floppy) as the bios was able to detect it. After flashing however, it no longer recognized the flash disk at system boot-up! Strangely though, it would detect my external hdd at boot-up. So I had to get a 10GB hdd, connect it to my extrenal hdd enclosure, format it to FAT32 and make it bootable, so that I could boot with it and flash the bios back to v1.8! Has anyone else had a similar problem?

appears to be they have removed 1A and now have 1B up instead to fix that issue...I hope they dont get into this mode of making official bioses clearly untested beta bioses....

I am using a !a bios that is modded for TCCD so I am actually seeing better performance/stability for ram timings...

I heard about the TCCD modded bios. Maybe I'l give it a try and see what my XBL kit can do. I noticed that v1.B TCCD modded bios is out now. Maybe I'll try that one out.
