Neo2 Plat and SATA hdd w/ncq are there issues?

I am looking to get 2 new hdd:

2 x 200gb Seagate 7200.8 sata with NCQ

or 2x 250 DiamondMax10 also with sata and NCQ

I realize the NF3 chipset(I guess) does not support NCQ but since these hdd will outlive this mobo ..I wanted NCQ for future use...

I have seen reports where these drives are not working...anyone got some experience
