Upon opening my NEO Power 480 today I did not find a 4-pin +12 V connector. There is a 24-pin connector and that can turn into a 20 pin connector as 4 of the pins snap off with clips, but I'm not able to fit that on the 4-pin connector on my motherboard. What do I need to do for it to get working?

According to the product page and manual, there is a 4-pin ATX12V connector on the same plug as the 20-pin ATX connector. The 4-pin connector doesn't attach to the 20-pin; the PSU is supposed to include a 20-to-24-pin adapter for motherboards that need a 24-pin connector. Unless this is a new version of the NeoPower 480 or something.

Double-check that you're plugging it into the right spot and you are plugging it in the right way.

Thanks for the quick response. What happened was when I put my GeForce 6800 GT in I accidentally had to cord underneath it. I was really excited to see this thing going, so I overlooked it and started to freak. Rest assured it's there now :) Thank you again!
