Neighbor story

My neighbor started telling me how their littlest one (3 yr old) was refusing to go into her room because of the laughing lady.

Then she tells me that the kid has occasionally heard the lady laughing on and off since they have lived in the house. When she was just a little over two, she supposedly appeared to talk to her.

Prior occupants were a man and woman...they had the house built in 1961, and the woman died before we moved in next door, so I don't know if she passed away in the house or not.
