There is a purpose. We just haven't decided which purpose it is. Read the thread to see the options.

EDIT: and I know of more girls than guys who are going at this point if I count on my fingers.
EDIt2: hmmm... perhaps we could make the fees cheaper for women so more go? 😀

Most of these ATOT meet-ups in the past have been a failure.... but good luck anyway!

Perhaps we're not all as anti-social as we used to be.

Most of mine have been successful. The one I went to in Washington (didn't organize it) was a hit -- at least 10-15 people and it wasn't even that planned.

not to be a nitpicker or anything, but would a neffer actually travel to Chicago? I am a neffer and I would not go all the way to Chicago. Hell, I am not sure I'll even show up if it is in Toronto.

Depends. There are a few options:

2) Everyone stays at the same hotel and we have events all weekend.
3) A mix of both.

The first poll I made showed like 90% of voters wanted to come. Now, its less. I think its because people don't want to just come and sit there.

If we pick a date, and pick how we're going to organize it, and actually get some finite planning going, we can always cancel in January or February. But for now, we need to pick a date, pick what hotel we "may" be staying at (or not), pick activities (one of them is definitely a beer pong tournament sponsored by beerpong.com, my buddy's company), etc.
