neeed opinions on a PDA 5550 or 4350

going to be gettig one of these two , so far the plus's for the 5550 are 128mb ram, takes expansion sleeves( I have 2 from my 3950). Plus's for the 4350: integrated keyboard, and smaller. Any other opinions?..
