Needs suggestions for buying a new AMD system

So far I am not so clear about what's the best motherboard out there, but i have some experience with MSI and the Soyo Dragon motherboard. I am thinking about building a system with an amd XP 2000 processor. So my question is what's the best motherboard out there to get?

on board sound, highpoint 372 raid( plus version only), diagnostic led display (also only on the plus version)
voltage adjustments to around 2.25 vcor and around 3.0 v dimm, 3 ram slots, 6 pci
