needs help, to find power supply for the proview 15' lcd

I got a floor model Proview panel that was missing the AC adapter and video cable. I called Proview who said they would sell me the missing items for $35 and $15 respectively, or would send them to me for free if I faxed them a letter on Office Max letterhead signed by the store manager, stating that the items were missing. The manager was glad to oblige. If you go this route, fax it to Reggie, Ext. 5712 at 626-581-1037 and include a copy of your Office Max invoice. I got my missing parts in about a week.
