Needing people with experience with this phone/service

Was wanting to know if the samsung t509 is a junk phone or not...

how is T-Mobile's service in general?

i am tmobile customer for 6 years
no problems ever
wife loves it and will not switch (not that we have a reason to switch)

i don't know anything about phones/that phone

is that the black flip phone? if so, that's what i've got, and i have T-mobile. the phone is fine. the service is fine.

Just got the phone and as of now would NOT recommend it yet. The tones are a little childish, not loud enough. They really skimp on what they give you for out of the box tones. Really push you to buy them on the phone. Speaker phone is hard to hear and hard for the other person to hear you.
