Needed... Good and free web hosts

I need good, free, reliable webhosts with about 50-100 Mb free space, no advertising of any sorts and no cap on file limit size,ftp access, support for cgi bin,perl.... and ability to upload zip filesetc. etc.....
 
I think you might be reaching here.

If you want a webhost with the bells and whistles... you will most likely have to pay for it. I personally have used both godaddy.com and globat.com and both are good (though I would not recommend globat for anything heavy with DB driven pages)

If you don't mid minimal ads on your site, then there are thousands of decent free hosts. Brinkster is one I've used before (ads at the top of page) but there literally are thousands to choose from.
