NEEDED: Cheap dialup ISP

Due to reasons beyond my control() i must give up broadband after nearly 6 years. I now need an uber cheap ISP. I'm talking $9-15 a month. I plan on saving the difference between that and my current($50) costs for DSL. Any suggestions? I'm in Michigan, BTW.
