Needed: 1 CLEAN roommate

I need a roommate. Rent is $480 (neg) for an app 18x17 bedroom with attached bathroom. This is in a 4 bed 3 bath house. I've already got furniture, tv, dishes, etc.

The only requirement is that you are CLEAN. Don't leave dirty dishes in the sink or your rank socks in the living room. Your own room doesn't matter; make that as dirty as you want as long as it doesn't attract bugs.

Better NOT find a female roommate, they could be totally sloppy and still blame you for the mess.

 

Im happy with my two female roomates. They are very clean.

A good clue is to take a look at their car. If neat, then probably neat at home too. If neat + hot, then sign her quick!
